Planting and Maintenance

Planting and Maintenance

The Willow Weave Tree can be planted in a large container (Minimum diameter 16inch/40cm) or directly into the ground making sure it is planted two metres away from foundations and drains.

Water well before planting. Keep compost/soil damp at all times, do not let them dry out.

The leaves will fall in autumn leaving winter interest.

When the stems start budding at their tips in early spring this is when to prune your tree, cutting back last years growth to approximately 5cm above a bud.
